    • Higher education in Accounting or Finance;
    • Relevant work experience of at least 4 years;
    • English language skills – Upper Intermediate level;
    • Deep knowledge of law on accounting, tax legislation, IFRS, currency regulation and the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
    • Experienced user of 1C Accounting, 1C Payroll (ZUP), online banking systems, software for filing tax and accounting reports (reporting software SONO), electronic document flow systems, High level of computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office;
    • Flexible and proactive approach, result oriented, Focus on continuous improvement of professional and personal skills, high resistance to work in multitask environment, ability to deal with deadlines;
    • Advanced communication and teamwork skills, the ability to coordinate, plan and organize effective work.
    • Input of primary accounting and tax documents and bank statements into 1C;
    • Preparation of accounting and tax accounts reconciliation on a periodic basis;
    • Reconciliation on frequent basis with third parties to ensure the integrity of received primary documentation and subsequent control over the results;
    • Invoicing and control of invoicing and closing documents to the Company’s clients, including checking the completeness and timeliness of filling out timesheets;
    • Preparation, verification, and submission of all financial, tax reporting, statistical reports of the Company in accordance with applicable law, including reconciliation file and tax registers, as well as calculation of Company’s taxes payable;
    • Preparation and verification of internal corporate reporting of the Company, submission for approval to the line manager;
    • Control of the payment approval procedure in accordance with the Company’s corporate standards;
    • Control and work in the Electronic Invoice Portal and interaction with the 1C database;
    • Work on electronic document management portals with contractors and employees of the Company;
    • Interaction with counterparties-suppliers, interaction with other departments of the Company and its affiliates on issues of maintaining internal accounting, payroll and reporting;
    • Payroll calculation and HR documents preparation in the 1C payroll program;
    • Monitoring the Company’s accounts payable and receivable and taking measures to resolve them;
    • Timely monitoring of changes in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the direct job responsibilities and notify management on abnormal situations or cases that require urgent action;
    • Making proposals regarding optimization of the Internal Finance Department and work process;
    • Organization of the work of a junior accountant.

Требования к рекрутерам

Специальные знания/навыки, которыми должен обладать рекрутер?
- знание английского языка в достаточном объеме для анализа резюме кандидатов на английском языке
- опыт подбора бухгалтеров, желательно кандидатов в аутсорсинге, знание этого рынка услуг
